Liz Skalicky

I’m a Colorado-based painter and illustrator with a degree in Art History and a minor in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin. My work explores the sublime, both through my personal experiences and through my fascination with the artists who came before me. I’ve been creating commissioned paintings and illustrations since 2019 alongside a growing body of personal work.

Outside the studio, I teach art at a local junior high, run trails, hike mountains, and play guitar.
